[20101210. Hiatal hernia with CLE. It's not LA-D]
역류성 식도염 LA-D로 의뢰된 분입니다. 그러나 hiatal hernia 였습니다. Columnar metaplasia가 동반되었습니다. 조직검사에서 Goblet cell metaplasia가 없었으므로 CLE (columnar-lined esophagud)에 해당합니다.
지금까지 제게 LA-C나 LA-D로 의뢰된 상당수의 환자는 hiatal hernia였습니다. 내시경 과잉진단이 그만큼 많다는 뜻입니다.
