[Ampulla of Vater cancers]


1. Ampullary cancer Áõ·Ê Çϳª


30´ë ³²ÀÚ¿¡°Ô Ȳ´ÞÀÌ ¿À¸é °£¿°ºÎÅÍ »ý°¢ÇÏ°Ô µË´Ï´Ù. ±×·¯³ª µå¹°°Ô ¾Ç¼ºÁúȯÀÎ °æ¿ìµµ ÀÖ½À´Ï´Ù. ÀÌ È¯ÀÚ´Â Ampulla of Vater cancer¿´À¸¸ç PPPD ¼ö¼úÀ» ÇÏ¿´°í ¾Æ·¡¿Í °°Àº °á°ú¿´½À´Ï´Ù. ¿¹ÈÄ°¡ ÁÁÀº °ÍÀ¸·Î µÇ¾î ÀÖÁö¸¸ ±×·¡µµ Àç¹ßÇÏÁö ¾Ê±â¸¦ ±âµµÇÕ´Ï´Ù.

- Adenocarcinoma, moderately differentiated
(1) T1 : Tumor limited to AoV or sphincter of Oddi (extension to submucosa)
(2) Involvement of pancreas and duodenum : absent
(3) Extension to distal common bile duct : absent
(4) N0 : No regional lymph node metastasis (0/28: pericholedochal, 0/21; peripancreatic, 0/7)
(5) M0 : No distant metastasis
(6) Negative (pancreas, common bile duct, retropancreatic) resection margins
