[Duodenal GIST]

40대 여성이 복통으로 내원하였습니다. 복부 종괴가 만져졌습니다. Wedge resection을 하였고 아래와 같은 결과를 얻었습니다.

GIST, low-risk
1) tumor size: 4.5x4 cm
2) extension to lamina propria of mucosa
3) mitotic count: 1/50 HPF
4) negative resection margin
