[AV malformation]

다량의 hematochezia로 내원한 60대 남성입니다. 대장내시경에서 cecal area와 proximal ascending colon에 뚜렷하게 늘어난 불규칙한 혈관이 관찰되었습니다. CT angiography에서 inferior mesenteric artery의 AV malformation이 확이되었습니다.
