ÀÛ¼ºµÈ ±Ç°í¹®¾È¿¡ ´ëÇÏ¿© ¹®Çå±Ù°Å°¡ ¾î´À Á¤µµ ÀÖ´ÂÁö, ½ÇÁ¦ ÀÓ»ó¿¡¼­ ¾ó¸¶³ª À¯¿ëÇÑÁö¿¡ ´ëÇÑ Àü¹®°¡ÀÇ ÀÇ°ßÀ» ¼öÄ¡ ȤÀº ´Ü°èÈ­ÇÏ¿© Á¦½ÃÇØ¾ß ÇÑ´Ù. ±Ç°í¹®¾ÈÀ» ÁöÁöÇÏ´Â ¹®ÇåÀ» ÀÐÁö ¾Ê°íµµ µî±Þ¸¸ º¸°í ±Ç°í¾ÈÀÇ ½Å·Ú¼ºÀÌ ¾î´À Á¤µµÀÎÁö ÆľÇÇÒ ¼ö ÀÖ¾î¾ß ÇÑ´Ù. ¹®Çå±Ù°Å¼öÁØ°ú ±Ç°íµî±ÞÀ» µû·Î Á¦½ÃÇÒ ¼ö ÀÖÀ¸³ª, ÃÖ±Ù¿¡´Â ¹®Çå±Ù°Å¼öÁØ°ú ±Ç°íµî±ÞÀ» ¹­Àº ÇϳªÀÇ systemÀ¸·Î Á¦½ÃÇÏ´Â ¹æ¹ýÀÌ ³Î¸® ¾ºÀÌ°í ÀÖ´Ù.

2. ±Ç°íµî±Þ (grade of recommendation; GR): ±Ç°í´ë·Î ÁßÀçÇßÀ» ¶§ ¹Ù¶ó´Â °á°ú°¡ ³ª¿Ã °ÍÀ¸·Î È®½ÅÇÏ´Â Á¤µµ. È¿°úÀÇ Å©±â(magnitude of effect)¿¡ ´ëÇÑ °í·Á´Â ¾øÀ½.

3. ±Ç°í¼öÁØ (strength of recommendation): ±Ù°Å¼öÁØ°ú ±Ç°íµî±ÞÀ» ¸ðµÎ °í·ÁÇÏ¿© ÇϳªÀÇ ÁöÇ¥·Î Á¦½ÃÇÏ´Â ¹æ¹ý. 2011³â À§¾Ï°¡À̵å¶óÀο¡¼­ »ç¿ëÇÑ ¹æ¹ýÀÌ´Ù.

- 1: Meta-analyses, systematic reviews, or RCTs with a high risk of bias
- 2++: High quality systematic reviews of case control or cohort studies. High quality case control or cohort studies with a very low risk of confounding or bias and a high probability that the relationship is causal
- 2+: Well-conducted case control or cohort studies with a low risk of confounding or bias and a moderate probability that the relationship is causal
- 2: Case control or cohort studies with a high risk of confounding or bias and a significant risk that the relationship is not causal
- 3: Non-analytic studies, e.g. case reports, case series
- 4: Expert opinion

- A: At least one 1++ directly applicable to target population; or many studies 1+ directly applicable to target population and demonstrating consistency
- B: Many 2++ directly applicable to target population and demonstrating consistency; or extrapolated evidence from studies rated as 1++ or 1+
- C: Many 2+ directly applicable to target population and demonstrating consistency; or extrapolated evidence from studies rated as 2++
