소화성궤양 출혈의 치료에 band를 사용하는 예는 거의 없다. Dieulafoy는 예외다. Dieulafoy의 treatment of choice는 band라고 생각한다. 요새는 band를 쓰는 사람이 적어서 clip을 사용하는 예도 많은데 필자는 band를 더 좋아한다. 물론 injection 후 cauterization도 가능합니다.
Band ligation으로 치료한 Dieulafoy ulcer bleeding.
Heart failure로 clopidogrel 등을 드시고 계신 분의 심한 Dieulafoy ulcer bleeding이었습니다. Injection 후 electrocauterization으로 지혈하였습니다.
