[Isolated fundic gland polyp]

40대 여성에서 우연히 발견된 용종을 절제하였고 병리결과는 fundic gland polyp이었습니다. 보통은 sessile polyp으로 보이는 경우가 많으나 이처럼 pedunculated polyp으로 보일 수도 있습니다. 임상적 의의는 거의 없습니다.
