천공 의심[20120117. Complications of EMR/ESD (12): Perforation (4) - Is it frank perforation or not?]
Frank perforation은 그다지 frank하지 않다.
증례는 필자가 수년 전 시술한 증례이다. 시술 도중에는 frank perforation으로 짐작하였고 clipping을 하였다. 그러나 시술 후 Chest X-ray에서 free air가 없었다. Perforation이 아니고 단순 deep laceration이었던 것이다.
