[20120203. Complications of EMR/ESD (29): Microperforation (5)]

ÇÊÀÚ´Â ¼ö³â Àü micropeforation¿¡ ´ëÇÑ ÀڷḦ ¸ð¾Æ ¹ßÇ¥ÇÑ ÀûÀÌ ÀÖ´Ù (Dig Liver Dis. 2006, ¿ø¹®º¸±â). AbstractÀÇ ÀϺθ¦ ¿Å±ä´Ù. ÇöÀç ½ÃÇàÇϰí ÀÖ´Â Ä¡·á¿Í´Â ¾à°£ÀÇ Â÷À̰¡ ÀÖÁö¸¸ Ãʺ¸Àڵ鲲´Â Âü°í°¡ µÉ °ÍÀÌ´Ù.

In a total of 13 microperforation cases, 2 patients were managed surgically. The remaining patients successfully recovered without surgical management. In the case of 11 patients without surgery, 7 experienced abdominal pain, which required analgesics, 2 patients experienced mild discomfort and 2 patients experienced no symptoms. A body temperature above 37.5 degrees C was observed in 9.1% (n=1) patients and leucocytosis above 9,000 was in 72.7% (n=8) patients.
