¾îÁ¦ ¸»¾¸µå¸° ³»¿ë¿¡ ´ëÇÑ °íÂûÀÔ´Ï´Ù. ´ÚÅÍ Tajiri°¡ "if the Hb level falls by 2 g/dL or more in comparison with the last preoperative level"À̶ó°í ¸»ÇÑ ÀÌÀ¯´Â ¹«¾ùÀϱî¿ä?

Àú´Â EMR/ESD ÈÄ Ç÷»ö¼Ò°¡ 1-2 g/dL Á¤µµ ³»·Á°¡´Â °ÍÀº ÀÖÀ» ¼ö ÀÖ´Â ÀÏÀ̶ó°í »ý°¢ÇÕ´Ï´Ù. ¿øÀÎÀº ¿©·¯°¡Áö¸¦ »ý°¢ÇÒ ¼ö ÀÖ½À´Ï´Ù.

(1) ½Ã¼ú µµÁßÀÇ ÃâÇ÷ÀÌ ¸¹¾Ò´Ù¸é ¾Æ¹«¸® ÁöÇ÷À» Àß Çß´õ¶óµµ Ç÷»ö¼Ò°¡ ¾à°£ ³»·Á°¥ ¼ö ÀÖ½À´Ï´Ù.
