Squamous cell carcinoma in-situ:
1) tumor size: 1.2x0.4 cm
2) confined to the basement membrane
3) no endolymphatic tumor emboli
4) no perineural invasion
5) resection margin: free from carcinoma - safety margin: distal, 0.4 cm; proximal 0.3 cm; anterior, 0.8 cm; posterior, 0.2 cm

Squamous cell carcinoma in situ:
1) size: 0.6x0.3 cm
2) no lymphovascular emboli
3) negative resection margin

Squamous cell carcinoma, possibly intraepithelial (in situ) :
1) tumor size: 0.8x0.7x0.1 cm
2) confined to mucosa (M1)
3) resection margin: free from carcinoma (safety margin: distal, 0.3 cm; proximal, 0.5 cm; anterior, 0.6 cm; posterior, 0.6 cm)
4) lymphatic invasion: not identified
5) venous invasion: not identified
6) perineural invasion: not identified
