[Parasitology (1) 기생충은 어떤 종류가 있습니까? 치료에는 어떤 약이 쓰입니까?]

1. Helminth (연충, 윤충)

(1) Intestinal roundworms (= nematode, 선충): 회충, 요충, 구충, 분선충, 개회충, 아니사키스
(2) Flukes (= trematode, 흡충): 간흡충, 폐흡충, 간질, 요코가와흡충
(3) Tapeworms (= cestode, 조충): 유구조충, 무구조충, 아시아조충, 광절열두조충 (=긴촌충)

2. Protozoa (원충): 람블편모충, 이질아메바, 말라리아, Cryprosporidium

3. 체외 기생충: 머릿니 (현재 국내에서 가장 흔한 기생충은 머릿니입니다), 벼룩, 사면발이, 옴

선충은 긴 원통 모양입니다.

흡충은 나뭇잎, 조충은 긴 테이프 모양입니다.

[Treatment of Gastrointestinal Parasites]

1. 선충 (round worm)

1) 회충 (Ascaris lumbricoides): albendazole 400 mg 1회

2) 요충 (Enterobius vermicularis): albendazole 400 mg 3주 간격으로 3회

3) 편충 (Trichuris trichiura): albendazole 400 mg 1회

4) 구충 (Ancylostoma duodenale, Necator americanus): albendazole 400 mg 1회

5) 분선충 (Strongyloides stercoralis): (1) thiabendazole 25mg/kg 하루 1회 3일 (최선인데 약을 구하기 어렵다) 또는 (2) albendazole 400 mg 하루 1회 3일 또는 (3) ivermectin 200 ug/kg 1회

6) 개회충 (Toxocara canis): (1) 경과관찰 또는 (2) albendazole 400 mg 하루 2회 7일 (Schmidt 교과서에는 "Usually only patients with severe symptoms are treated"로 씌여 있다)

2. 흡충 (fluke)

1) 간흡층 (Clonorchis sinensis) praziquantel 25 mg/kg 하루 3회 1일

2) 폐흡층 (Paragonimus westermani) praziquantel 25 mg/kg 하루 3회 2일

3) 요코가와흡충 (Metagonimus yokogawai) praziquantel 10 mg/kg 1회

4) 호르텐스극구흡충 (Echinomonas hortense) praziquantel 10 mg/kg 1회

6) 참굴큰입흡충 (Gymnophalloides seoi) praziquantel 10 mg/kg 1회

3. 조충 (tapeworm)

1) 유구조충 (Taenia solium) praziquantel 10 mg/kg 1회 - T. solium의 유충(metacestode)인 유구낭미충(cysticercus cellulosae)에 의한 유구낭미충증(cysticercosis)에서 장기간 투약한다.

2) 무구조충 (Taenia saginata) praziquantel 10 mg/kg 1회

3) 아시아조충 (Taenia asiatica) praziquantel 10 mg/kg 1회

4) 광절열두조충 (D. latum) praziquantel 10 mg/kg 1회

4. 원충 (protozoa)

1) 이질아메바 (Entamoeba histolytica) metronidazole 500 mg 하루 3회 7-10일

2) 람블편모충 (Giardia lamblia) metronidazole 250 mg 하루 3회 5-7일

3) 질편모충 (Trichomonas vaginalis) metronidazole 250 mg 하루 3회 7일
