[Pyloric glands and fundic glands] [Pyloric glands and fundic glands]
위에는 크게 두 가지 gland가 존재한다. 전정부에 분포하는 pyloric gland와 웨체부와 위저부에 분포하는 fundic gland이다. 위산은 fundic gland의 parietal cell에서 나온다.
좌측이 pyloric gland이고 우측이 fundic gland이다.
위산 분비의 3 phases
1) Cephalic: sight, smell, and taste of food
2) Gastric: activated by food enters the stomach
3) Intestinal: food enters the intestine
