[Pathology of peptic ulcer]

약물치료의 발전으로 합병증이 없는 소화성 궤양을 수술하는 예는 거의 없습니다. 드물게 수술한 예에서 관찰되는 소견은 아래와 같습니다. 4구역으로 나누어집니다.

• Superficial thin layer of necrotic fibrinoid debris
• Zone of inflammatory infiltrate with neutrophils
• Zone of granulation tissue with dilated blood vessels and lymphocytes
• Zone of fibrous scarring
