[Acute diverticulitis (3): CT findings]

아래 자료는 EndoTODAY 급성 게실염으로 옮겼습니다.

CT소견은 Sleisenger 8판 (2006)쪽에서 옮깁니다. "CT criteria for diverticulitis include the presence of diverticula with pericolic infiltration of fatty tissue (often appearing as fat "stranding"), colonic wall thickening, and abscess formation. The earliest large series of CT findings in diverticulitis reported the finding of pericolic fat inflammation in 98%, diverticula in 84%, a colonic wall thickness greater than 4 mm in 70%, and an abscess in 35%." 아래 사진에서 확인할 수 있습니다.

급성게실염 환자의 CT에서 diverticulolith (아래 그림 화살표)를 발견한 경우도 있었습니다. 이 돌이 게실염을 일으켰는지는 명확하지 않지만 그래도 흥미로운 소견입니다.
