위정맥류와 white nipple sign입니다. Frontline Gastroenterol 2012를 보시기 바랍니다.

The white nipple sign is a term used to describe a fresh fibrin clot on a varix that has bled recently.

아래는 infiltrative HCC로 palliative care 받던 환자가 토혈로 내원하셨습니다. White nipple sign이 있었고 EVL 도중 그 곳으로부터 massive bleeding이 있어 다소간의 어려움이 있었으나 band ligation이 성공적으로 잘 되었고 더 이상의 출혈은 없었습니다.
