식도 이상으로 의뢰되어 민양원 교수님께서 ESD 하신 분입니다. 놀랍고도 놀랍습니다. 이런 것을 발견하신 것(조직검사: Atypical squamous cell nests. Suspected high-grade dysplasia.)도 놀랍고, 예쁘게 치료하신 것도 놀랍습니다.
Esophagus, IT 30 cm, ESD:
Squamous epithelium with high grade dysplasia
1. Location : 30 cm from incisor
2. Size of the lesion : (1) longest diameter, 12 mm (2) vertical diameter, 12 mm
3. Negative resection margins
사실 저는 이런 병소를 발견해 본 적이 거의 없습니다. 위내시경 검사에 최소한 5분을 사용하고 있는데, 너무 위만 자세히 보고 있는 것 아닌가 늘 고민입니다.
