[다양한 대장 질환 006 - 폐암 대장 전이]
우측 폐의 squamous cell carcinoma였습니다. Staging workup을 하였고 T1aN3M1b, m/Pericarium 소견으로 palliative chemotherapy를 하였습니다.
갑자기 발생한 혈변으로 대장내시경을 시행하였고 지혈술을 하였으며 조직검사에서는 poorly differentiated carcinoma가 나와서 수술을 하였습니다. 수술 결과는 아래와 같았습니다.
Transverse colon, transverse colectomy:
Metastatic squamous cell carcinoma:
1) tumor size: 2.7x2.5 cm
2) negative resection margins (safety margin: proximal, 5cm; distal, 12cm)
