Cobblestone mocosa is almost the same color as the background mucosa and is mainly composed of numerous small granular elevations. Many of these elevations are seen between folds, giving the gastric mucosa a lympy appearance. There is no H. pylori infection and that in many cases a PPI has been administered for longer periods.
