70세 남성. 구역과 구토. CT에서 small bowel cancer가 의심되었고 small bowel enteroscopy로 조직을 얻어 확진하였으며 peritoneal seeding이 있어 palliative gastrojejunostomy 시행

SB enteroscopy. Treitz ligament 직하방에 위치한 병소였음

SB enteroscopy로 얻은 조직. Moderately differentiated adeocarcinoma
