Celiac artery compression syndrome 환자에 대하여 EUS를 이용하여 celiac plexus block를 하면 증상이 좋아지는 환자가 있습니다. Celiac plexus block을 통하여 증상이 좋아지면 수술에 대한 반응이 좋을 것을 예측할 수 있습니다. 즉 수술의 효과를 예측하는 진단적 가치가 있다고 합니다.
