겸자 조직검사는 tubulovillous adenoma였는데 ESD pathology는 아래와 같았습니다.

Rectum, 3cm from anal verge, biopsy:
Serrated adenoma with low grade dysplasia :
1) size: 1.6x0.8 cm
2) gross type: elevated
3) negative resection margins
