복통으로 시행한 검사입니다. Terminal ileum의 IC valve 10cm 상방에 크기 2.5 cm의 stalk를 가진 종괴가 관찰되었습니다. 표면이 경한 lobulation, hyperemia가 있었고 겸자로 눌렀을 때 다소 단단했습니다. Cushion sign은 없었습니다. 조직검사를 하였고 "No significant pathological alteration"으로 보고되었습니다. CT에서는 저음영 병소였습니다. 내시경절제술을 시행하였습니다. 예상되는 병리 진단은?
