At stomach CT, small rectal enhancing lesion was found, and colonoscopy was immediatedly performed.

4. Depth of invasion: invades perirectal adipose tissue(pT3)
5. Resection margin: free from carcinoma, safety margin: proximal, 5.7 cm ; distal, 0.6 cm ; circumferential, > 10.0 mm
