[ColonTODAY 126. Splenic injury by colonoscopy]
대장내시경 후 spleen 주변의 hematoma가 발생할 수 있습니다.
Any cause of increased splenocolic adhesions, splenomegaly, or underlying splenic disease might be a predisposing factor for splenic injury during colonoscopy. (JSLS 2009) Splenocolic ligament에 의하여 spleen이 손상되는 것으로 이해됩니다.
