2020³â ´ëÇÑ»óºÎÀ§Àå°üÇ︮ÄÚ¹ÚÅÍÇÐȸÁö¿¡ Èï¹Ì·Î¿î Áõ·Ê°¡ ½Ç·È½À´Ï´Ù. ½ÊÀÌÁöÀå Á¡¸·ÇÏÁ¾¾çÀ¸·Î ¿ÀÀεǾú´ø intraluminal duodenal diverticulum (IDD)ÀÔ´Ï´Ù. 2020³â 11¿ù ºÎ»ê Áý´ãȸ¿¡¼ ¹ßÇ¥µÇ¾ú´ø Áõ·Ê¿´½À´Ï´Ù.

(A) In the second portion of the duodenum, a large lumen ending in a blind pouch is observed. (B) When the air is deflated, the blind pouch is pulled and shaped like a subepithelial tumor. (C) A true lumen is seen above the blind pouch and through the lumen, the endoscope is inserted to reach the third portion.
