Small intestine and omentum, segmental resection and partial omentectomy:

T lymphoblastic lymphoma
1. Location: small intestine
2. Gross type: ulceroinfiltrative
3. Size: 9x8 cm
4. Depth of invasion: penetrates visceral peritoneum(pT4a)
5. Regional lymph node metastasis : Metastasis to 5 out of 5 regional lymph nodes

. CD3: Positive in tumor cells
. CD20: Negative in tumor cells
. CD5: Negative in tumor cells
. Cyclin D1: Negative in tumor cells
. Ki-67: Positive in 70% of tumor cells
. CD56: Positive in tumor cells
. TdT: Positive in tumor cells
. CD4: Negative in tumor cells
. CD8: Negative in tumor cells
. TCR-betaF1: Negative in tumor cells
. TCR-cγM1: Negative in tumor cells
