1. Squamous cell carcinoma in the remnant esophagu after Ivor-Lewis operation

매우 작은 병소였습니다. 발견도 어렵고 치료도 어려원 곳인데 ESD로 잘 치료되었습니다. 민양원 교수님. 수고 많았습니다.

2. AGC

다소 발견하기 어려운 위치의 위암이 잘 발견되었습니다. 진행성 위암이었습니다.

Advanced gastric carcinoma
1. Location : upper third, Center at body and anterior wall
2. Gross type : Borrmann type 3
3. Histologic type : tubular adenocarcinoma, poorly (poorly cohesive) differentiated
4. Histologic type by Lauren : diffuse
5. Size : 2.5x2.2 cm
6. Depth of invasion : invades muscularis propria (pT2)
7. Resection margin: free from carcinoma, safety margin: proximal 2 cm, distal 11 cm
8. Lymph node metastasis : no metastasis in 42 regional lymph nodes (pN0)
9. Lymphatic invasion : not identified
10. Venous invasion : not identified
11. Perineural invasion : present
12. AJCC stage by 7th edition: pT2 N0

3. Appendicitis

대장암으로 anterior resection 수술 후 경과관찰 중인 분의 추적내시경에서 appendix orfice가 현저하고 exudate가 나오는 것이 관찰되었습니다. 시술 후 환자에게 물어보았을 때 최근 우하복부 통증이 발생하였다고 합니다. 수술을 시행하였습니다.
