1. 우연히 발견된 isolated gastric amyloidosis

조직검사: Gastrointestinal stromal tumor, high risk of malignant behavior;
1) mitosis: 11/16 HPF
2) histological type: mixed
3) necrosis: absent
4) cellularity: high
5) myxoid change: present

처음부터 간 전이가 있어서 imatinib을 투여하였습니다.

[이준행 comment] 저는 혹시 보만 2형과 비슷한 diffuse large B cell lymphoma 아닐까 생각했는데 답이 GIST로 나왔습니다. 사실 GIST 중에서도 함몰부가 이렇게 그로테스크한 경우를 종종 만날 수 있습니다.

3. 십이지장 mucinous adenocarcinoma

PERIAMPULLARY DUODENAL CANCER
1. Type of specimen : Whipple resection
2. Histopathologic Diagnosis : Mucinous adenocarcinoma (mucin production: 60%)
(1) Tumor site : duodenal
(2) Tumor size : 2x1 cm
(3) T2 : Tumor invades duodenal wall (muscularis propria)
(4) Involvement of pancreas : absent
(5) N1 : Regional lymph node metastasis (1/19 : "L/N", 0/13; LYMPH NODE, 1/6)
(6) M0 : No distant metastasis
(7) Negative (pancreas, common bile duct, retropancreatic) resection margins
