어제 signet ring cell carcinoma의 ESD에 대하여 논한 바 있습니다. 오늘은 조금 다른 경우입니다만.... 2.4 cm, lamina propria 암인데 수술 병리에서 림프절 전이가 있다고 나왔습니다. 2 cm를 초과하고, 얕은 궤양 모양이었다는 점에서 어제의 증례와는 사뭇 다른 경우이기는 합니다. 그러나 저를 깜짝 놀라게 만드는 증례였습니다.

2. Gross type: EGC type IIb
3. Histologic type : signet-ring cell carcinoma
4. Histologic type by Lauren : diffuse
5. Size : 2.4x2 cm
6. Depth of invasion : invades mucosa (lamina propria) (pT1a)
7. Resection margin: free from carcinoma, safety margin: proximal 2.7 cm, distal 3.5 cm
8. Lymph node metastasis : metastasis to 1 regional lymph node (pN1)
9. Lymphatic invasion : not identified
10. Venous invasion : not identified
11. Perineural invasion : not identified
12. AJCC stage by 7th edition: T1a N1
