Depth of invasion을 어떻게 추측하십니까?
진행성위암으로 생각하였지만 deep SM cancer로 나왔습니다. 제가 심달도로 과대평한 한 것은 lymphoid stroma와 관련이 있는지 모르겠습니다.
Tubular adenocarcinoma, poorly differentiated with lymphoid stroma, diffuse type
1) tumor size: 3.3x3 cm
2) extension to submucosa (SM3)
3) no endolymphatic tumor emboli
4) no perineural invasion
5) negative resection margins
6) no metastasis in 36 regional lymph nodes
아래 증례의 depth of invasion은 어떻게 추측하십니까?
위 증례와 반대로 상당히 심한 것으로 나왔습니다. 보통의 tubular adenocarcinoma가 아닌 경우는 심달도 진단이 더 어렵다고 느끼고 있습니다.

1. Location : middle third, center at lower body (angle) and anterior wall
2. Gross type : Borrmann type 2
3. Histologic type : mucinous adenocarcinoma (glandular type)
4. Histologic type by Lauren : indeterminate
5. Size : 3x2.5x0.7 cm
6. Depth of invasion : extension to subserosa (pT2b)
7. Resection margin: free from carcinoma, safety margin: proximal, 3.5 cm; distal, 4.5 cm
8. Lymph node metastasis : metastasis to 3 out of 30 regional lymph nodes (pN1)
9. Lymphatic invasion : present
10. Venous invasion : not identified
11. Perineural invasion : not identified
