매우 이상한 모양이었는데요... 보만 2형으로 붙이고 수술을 보냈는데 병리에서는 보만 3형으로 주었습니다. 정답은 없겠지만... 생각보다 심했습니다.

Advanced gastric carcinoma ;
1. Location : lower third, Center at antrum and anterior wall
2. Gross type : Borrmann type 3
3. Histologic type : signet-ring cell carcinoma, (> moderately differentiated tubular adenocarcinoma)
4. Histologic type by Lauren : diffuse
5. Size : 4x2.5x0.8 cm
6. Depth of invasion : extension to subserosa
7. Resection margin: free from carcinoma
8. Lymph node metastasis : metastasis to 10 out of 49 regional lymph nodes
9. Lymphatic invasion : present
10.Venous invasion : not identified
11.Perineural invasion : present
