맨 처음에 sentinel polyp을 의심하였는데 조직검사에서 암이 나와 의뢰된 환자입니다. 사실 전형적인 sentinel polyp과는 사뭇 다른 모양이었습니다. 그냥 "융기+함몰형 들문암"으로 보면 좋겠습니다.

1. Location : [2] esophagus, [1] upper third, Center at cardia (Siewert II)
2. Gross type : Borrmann type 2
3. Histologic type : tubular adenocarcinoma, poorly differentiated
4. Histologic type by Lauren : intestinal
5. Size : 2.2x1.7 cm
6. Depth of invasion : invades muscularis propria (pT2)
7. Resection margin: free from carcinoma
8. Lymph node metastasis : no metastasis
9. Lymphatic invasion : present
10. Venous invasion : present(intramural)
11. Perineural invasion : not identified
