무증상 성인의 건강검진 내시경에서 위암이 발견되어 수술을 했습니다. Happy story (?)입니다.
Early gastric carcinoma, EGC type IIb, greater curvature of low body, Tubular adenocarcinoma, poorly differentiated, diffuse type;
1) tumor size: 1.2x0.8 cm
2) extension to muscularis mucosa
3) no endolymphatic tumor emboli
4) negative resection margins (proximal, 9.5 cm; distal, 8.2 cm)
5) no metastasis in 39 perigastric lymph nodes
오래된 증례인지라 병리결과가 조금 단순하게 나왔습니다.
