멀리서 보면 질병의 존재 자체를 모를 수 있습니다. Fold의 주행 방향이 다소 이상하고 한쪽이 뭉퉁해진 정도의 clue 밖에 없으니까요. 그러나 위암은 주로 함몰형이었습니다. 심달도도 생각보다 깊었고 림프절 전이까지 있었습니다.
Tubular adenocarcinoma, moderately differentiated, intestinal type:
1) tumor size: 6.5x5.5 cm
2) extension to proper muscle layer
3) endolymphatic tumor emboli
4) negative resection margins (proximal, 2.5 cm; distal, 10 cm)
5) metastasis to 4 out of 17 regional lymph nodes
