Advanced gastric carcinoma, Borrmann type III, posterior wall of body, Adenocarcinoma, moderately differentiated with foci of signet ring cell carcinoma, mixed type;
1) tumor size: 2.6x2.5 cm
2) extension to muscle layer
3) endolymphatic tumor emboli
4) negative resection margins (proximal: 4cm; distal: 7.5cm)
5) metastasis to 3 out of 30 regional lymph nodes (3/30: lesser curvature 1/18; greater curvature 2/12)
