Early gastric carcinoma, type IIc+IIb, lesser curvature and posterior wall of antrum and low body,
1) Signet ring cell carcinoma, diffuse type:
2) tumor size: 4.8x2.8 cm
3) extension to muscularis mucosa
4) no endolymphatic tumor emboli
5) negative resection margins (proximal, 5.6 cm; distal, 5 cm)
6) no metastasis in 43 regional lymph nodes
