1)Signet ring cell carcinoma, diffuse type;
2) tumor size: 6.8x4.8 cm
3) extension to submucosa (SM2)
4) no endolymphatic tumor emboli
5) negative resection margins (proximal: 3.4 cm, distal: 3.7 cm)
6) no metastasis in 31 regional lymph nodes
