무림에 고수가 많습니다. Cardia 직하부의 희미한 2-3cm 가량의 넓은 미란성 병소를 발견하여 의뢰주셨습니다. 환자와 잘 상의하였고 ESD를 하였고 약간의 SM invasion이 있었습니다.

11. Microscopic ulcer : absent
12. Histologic heterogeneity: absent
