조금 더 큰 잔위암이었습니다. ESD로 치료 후 아래와 같은 병리결과여서 추가 수술이 필요했습니다.

Early gastric carcinoma
1. Location : "remnant stomach"
2. Gross type : EGC type I
3. Histologic type : tubular adenocarcinoma, well differentiated with mucin production (about 30 %)
4. Histologic type by Lauren : intestinal
5. Size : 2x1.7 cm
6. Depth of invasion : invades submucosa, (depth of sm invasion : 900 ㎛) (pT1b)
7. Resection margin: involved deep resection margin by carcinoma
8. Lymphatic invasion : not identified
9. Venous invasion : not identified
10. Perineural invasion : not identified
11. Microscopic ulcer : absent
12. Histologic heterogeneity: absent
13. Associated findings : Gastritis cystica profunda
