첫 조직검사에서 암으로 나오지 않아 즉시 재검하여 poorly differentiated adenocarcinoma로 나왔던 환자입니다.

3. Histologic type : medullary carcinoma

7. Resection margin: free from carcinoma; safety margin: proximal 2.7 cm, distal 6.4 cm
8. Lymph node metastasis : no metastasis in 55 regional lymph nodes (pN0)

10. Venous invasion : not identified
11. Perineural invasion : not identified
