Signet ring cell carcinoma입니다. 위암의 크기는?

초기에는 3 cm 위암으로 평가되었습니다. 그런데 사진을 자세히 보면 훨씬 넓은 위암이라는 것을 아실 수 있을 것입니다. 넓은 표재성 위암의 일부가 상대적으로 깊게 파여있었기 때문에 그 부분만 암으로 오인했던 것 같습니다. 4번 림프절 전이가 있었습니다.
수술 전 재검

3. Histologic type : signet-ring cell carcinoma
4. Histologic type by Lauren : diffuse
5. Size : 7.5x5.0 cm

7. Resection margin: free from carcinoma, safety margin: proximal 2.0 cm, distal 6.5 cm
8. Lymph node metastasis : metastasis to one out of 33 regional lymph nodes (pN1), (perinodal extension: absent), (1/33 : "1", 0/2; "3", 0/9; "4", 1/8; "4sb", 0/0; "5", 0/1; "6", 0/8; "7", 0/0; "8a", 0/0; "9", 0/1; "11p", 0/2; "12a", 0/2)
9. Lymphatic invasion : present
10. Venous invasion : not identified
11. Perineural invasion : not identified
