궤양형 위암 환자들은 진단 후 의뢰되기 전 PPI를 드시는 분들이 많습니다.
위암의 심달도 진단은 늘 어렵습니다. 저는 당연히 SM cancer로 생각했는데 병리는 M cancer로 나왔습니다. 궤양형 위암에서 종종 발생하는 현상입니다. 아무리 M cancer라고 하더라도 내시경 치료를 시도하면 안되는 종류입니다.
Early gastric carcinoma
1. Location : lower third, Center at body and lesser curvature, anterior wall
2. Gross type : EGC type IIc
3. Histologic type : tubular adenocarcinoma, poorly (poorly cohesive) differentiated
4. Histologic type by Lauren : diffuse
5. Size : 2.3x0.9 cm
6. Depth of invasion : invades mucosa (muscularis mucosae) (pT1a)
7. Resection margin: free from carcinoma, safety margin: proximal 0.6 cm, distal 7.1 cm
8. Lymph node metastasis : no metastasis in 26 regional lymph nodes (pN0)
9. Lymphatic invasion : not identified
10. Venous invasion : not identified
11. Perineural invasion : not identified
12. AJCC stage by 7th edition: pT1a N0
