조직검사 선종으로 ESD를 시도하였으나 nonlifting으로 ESD fail로 의뢰된 분입니다. 조금 힘들었지만 그래도 ESD는 가능하였습니다. 최종 병리도 고도선종이었습니다.
Stomach, ESD: Tubular adenoma with high grade dysplasia
1. Location : antrum, lesser curvature
2. Gross type : depressed
3. Size of adenoma : (1) longest diameter, 12 mm (2) vertical diameter, 8 mm
4. Resection margin : negative resection margins(N)
그런데 ESD를 하는 도중 자세히 관찰해보니 선종에 의한 scar가 아니었습니다. BGU scar가 있고 그 바로 아래에 작은 선종이 있었습니다 (노란색 동그라미)
