Resected stomach에서 carcinoid가 나오는 경우가 있습니다. 한 개의 조기위암과 9개의 carcinoid가 있었던 환자입니다.
I. EGC IIc, upper third, center at high body and posterior wall
- tubular adenocarcinoma, poorly differentiated
- Size : 2x1.6 cm
- Depth of invasion : extension to submucosa (sm2) (pT1b)
II. Well differentiated neuroendocrine tumors (carcinoid)(x9):
i) 1.5x1.3 cm (anterior wall of high body)
ii) 1.1x1.1 cm (anterior wall of high body)
iii) 0.5x0.5 cm (anterior wall of high body)
iv) 0.5x0.5 cm (anterior wall of mid-body)
v) 0.5x0.5 cm (lesser curvature of mid-body)
vi) 0.5x0.5 cm (lesser curvature of high body)
vii) 0.6x0.6 cm (posterior wall of mid-body)
viii) 0.5x0.5 cm (greater curvature of high body)
iv) 0.5x0.5 cm (greater curvature of high body)
