1. Bleeding from SMT during follow-up

위점막하 종양 중 추적관찰 중 출혈이 발생할 수 있습니다. 대부분 궤양이 생겼기 때문입니다. 비록 병리학적으로는 benign으로 나오더라도 clinically는 malignant에 준하여 충분한 resection margin을 갖고 wedge resection을 하는 것이 좋습니다. 수술을 의뢰하였습니다. 아직 병리 결과는 안 나왔습니다.

2. AGML

3일 전부터 시작한 심한 복통으로 내원한 환자입니다. 4주 간격 내시경인데 흔적도 없이 좋아졌습니다.

4) lymphovascular invasion: not identified(N)
5) perineural invasion: not identified(N)
6) tumor budding: not identified(N)
7) resection margins: free from carcinoma(N)

2016년 7월 삼성서울병원 전산시스템이 upgrade 되었습니다. 내시경 조직검사 slip을 전산화하여 더 이상 slip을 쓸 일이 없어졌습니다. 오래 쓰던 것인데... 그리워질 것 같습니다.
