내시경 의사는 보만 3형으로 보았는데 병리에서는 보만 2형으로 보고하였습니다. 펼쳐놓고 보니 약간 다른 느낌이었던 모양입니다. Extracellular mucin이 많은 것도 영향을 주었을 수 있지만... 잘 모르겠습니다.
병리결과는 다음과 같았습니다.
1. Location : lower third. Center at antrum and greater curvature
2. Gross type : Borrmann type 2
3. Histologic type : tubular adenocarcinoma, moderately differentiated with extracellular mucin production (30 %)
4. Histologic type by Lauren : intestinal
5. Size : 4.5x4 cm
6. Depth of invasion : invades muscularis propria (pT2)
7. Resection margin: free from carcinoma. safety margin: proximal 7.5 cm, distal 1.5 cm
8. Lymph node metastasis : metastasis to 6 out of 29 regional lymph nodes (pN2) (perinodal extension: absent) (6/29: "3,5", 3/14; "4,6", 1/1; "1", 0/0; "4sb", 0/3; "5", 0/0; "6", 1/2; "8a", 0/1; "7", 0/2; "9", 1/5; "11p", 0/0; "12a", 0/1)
9. Lymphatic invasion : not identified
10. Venous invasion : not identified
11. Perineural invasion : not identified
12. Peritoneal cytology : negative
13. AJCC stage by 7th edition: T2, N2
