위식도접합부암, 특히 위쪽으로 살짝 치우친 암의 경우는 적응증에 해당하면 ESD로 치료할 수 있습니다. 저는 위식도접합부에 가까운 암은 절대적응증을 절대로 지킬 것을 권합니다. 아무래도 이 부위의 암은 정확히 관찰하기 어렵고, 치료도 까다롭고, 질병의 biology도 조금 나쁘다고 생각되기 때문입니다. 수년 전 ESD 하였고 4년 이상 별 문제가 없는 증례들입니다.

11. Microscopic ulcer : absent
12. Histologic heterogeneity: absent
