AGC-like EGC의 한 예입니다.

Early gastric carcinoma, type I,
1) Location: anterior wall and lesser curvature of antrum,
2) Tubular adenocarcinoma, well differentiated, intestinal type;
3) tumor size: 2.5x2.4 cm
4) extension to submucosa (SM2)
5) endolymphatic tumor emboli
6) negative resection margins (proximal, 7.1 cm; distal, 3.2 cm)
7) no metastasis in 38 regional lymph nodes
