ESD를 시행하였고 드문 형태의 암으로 진단되었습니다.
Stomach, endoscopic submucosal dissection:
1. Location : antrum
2. Gross type : EGC type IIa+IIc
3. Histologic type : tubular adenocarcinoma, moderately differentiated (gastric corpus-type adenocarcinoma = fundic gland type)
4. Histologic type by Lauren : intestinal
5. Size : 1.2x0.8 cm
6. Depth of invasion : invades mucosa (muscularis mucosa) (pT1a)
7. Resection margin: free from carcinoma, safety margin: distal 1.4 cm, proximal 1.7 cm, anterior 1.6 cm, posterior 1.4 cm
8. Lymphatic invasion : not identified
9. Venous invasion : not identified
10. Perineural invasion : not identified
11. Microscopic ulcer : absent
12. Histologic heterogeneity: absent
